A versatile business leader and entrepreneur, Eric Hymowitz studied management at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he played competitive soccer and was active with the Residence Hall Association. After earning his bachelor of science in management in 1989, he served five years as a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Miami, followed by four years as a division controller with the Lennar Corporation. Eric Hymowitz worked out of this national homebuilder’s offices in Houston, Texas.

Remaining in Houston, Mr. Hymowitz subsequently went into business for himself as the owner and operator of Financial Recruiters of America, finding staffing solutions for clients as a human resources professional. After a year with Financial Recruiters, he returned to the real estate sector, leading residential development operations as a consultant/vice president of finance with the KBHome Corporation from 1999 to 2002.

Since 2002, Eric Hymowitz has served as owner and president of ROC Homes. Under his comprehensive oversight, ROC builds homes throughout the greater Houston area.
